My divorce should have been very straight forward. My spouse and I had been split for 7 years, she was in agreement and there were no financial issues. So, after getting in touch with divorce online on 11/08/20, this 'managed' divorce finally came through on 16/08/2022. SOME 2 YEARS LATER!

Absolute shambles from the word go and hardly managed at all. Firstly I paid £150 extra to have my wedding certificate translated. 5 (five) months later, I was still chasing this as it still had not been done. Finally my divorce petition got sent off in Feb 2021. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Then in April 2021 I was told that the acknowledgement form had been filled out incorrectly (by them) and we needed to resubmit them and wait another 4-6 weeks. They had put the reason down to adultery!! Then the court sent the incorrect paper work to the respondant. However 1 YEAR after chasing again I received an email from my case manager saying she'd got no knowledge of this, but she would send it off straight away.
Finally, some 14 months later my case went to the court.
Unbelievably I was then informed that there was a problem with my translation as it hadn't been signed by the translator!
So I had to have that redone again and get it resubmitted to the court.
However the second time it got submitted, the original unsigned translation was sent again, and not the redone, resigned one. You couldn't script it!

The utter ineptness of this company has left me dumbfounded!! Needless to say I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for someone to manage your divorce as this company have proved to be totally incapable of handing a simple straight forward divorce.

Oh and I was flatly refused a refund

They take it all off your hands.
I still can't believe the amazing low cost and brilliant service they provide.
I highly reccomend them to anyone filing for divorce, don't use solicitors or try doing it yourself use Divorce online

You have conducted my divorce in the most perfect and efficient manner. Not one day has been wasted - e.g. when a six week waiting period ended, you contacted me on the same day in order to move forward with the next phase of the divorce. I highly recommend your service to anyone.

The process was very straightforward and all questions answered and timelines made clear. It certainly was the most cost efficient way of starting and ending the process. The overseeing of the Consent order was also a straightforward process. From beginning to end the process has taken 8 months

The process took about 9 months for divorce and 13 months for clean break agreement, that might seem lengthy but it wasn't particularly Divorce-Online holding anything up, my ex wasn't the quickest to reply, our divorce and clean break was very simple as we had everything agreed, the process was easy and it was a very cost effective way of getting the end result

Very good service - combination of online process with real person support works well. The process for me was quite complex (included a Consent Order) and v lengthy due to Court delays but service maintained throughout. Costs very reasonable would recommend.
